In the 19th century, many people traveled westward. The journey was hard and many endured tough times after settling in the American West. Despite the grueling routine of frontier life, pioneer women found time to engage in projects like knitting, crocheting, and embroidery. Join us for Sid’s Studio where participants will learn the basics of embroidery with an introduction to a variety of stitches. Take-home materials will be provided.
