All tours are free to the public.
Guided Tours
Docent guided tours are available for groups of up to 50 people, and last approximately one hour. Requests for a Guided Tour must be placed at least three weeks in advance so that a tour can be tailored for your group.
School tours may be designed to complement classroom curriculum. For school tour information and guidelines on how to prepare students for a museum visit, please review Tour Information and Guidelines.
Self-Guided Tours
Self-guided groups are welcome and limited to 50 people. Please contact the Museum at 817-332-6554 to ensure accessibility to gallery spaces.

Commercial Tour Companies
Tours
Tour Companies are welcome. Guided tours, by appointment only, are available for a maximum of 50 people at a time and last 45-60 minutes. In accordance with museum policy, all tours are free and conducted by trained museum docents and staff.
If your schedule permits only 30 minutes, or you prefer to let your group self-guide, guests will be greeted by museum staff and offered a written Gallery Guide to enhance their understanding of the collection. The size of these groups is limited to 2 busses at a time. We prefer an appointment for these groups, as well.
Parking
Bus parking in front of the Museum during a tour is available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. by appointment only. All commercial tour companies must contact the museum in advance of their visit so museum staff can secure a permit from the City of Fort Worth for your bus to park on Main Street in front of the Museum. A minimum of three weeks advance notice is required.
During the week, busses may unload on Main Street in front of the Museum (if no vehicles are parked there) and secure alternative parking through Sundance Square at 817.390.8763. Please do not block Main Street at any time to unload passengers!
Weekend parking is usually not available.
